Wellness coaching focuses on helping individuals make positive and sustainable changes in various aspects of their well-being. It is a client-centered approach that supports individuals in setting and achieving goals related to their overall health, lifestyle, and personal development. At times, this may include topics related to mental health, so let’s redefine mental health and consider mental wealth. Mental wealth is about building, improving, and strengthening mental fitness. We start with the premise that people are whole, capable, and resourceful, even with difficulties they may be facing. Through self-discovery and promoting physical and emotional wellness, stumbling blocks can be turned into stepping stones.
